We invite guests to wear Garden Formal attire. Midi or floor-length dresses and suits are welcome. Florals encouraged!

Are kids allowed?

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, apart from those in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotel blocks reserved for our guests to accommodate various budgets. You can book rooms at the following hotels using our special group links: -Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown: King rooms at $219 per night and two Queens at $229 per night -Hilton Garden Inn Grand Rapids East: Two Queens at $144 per night Please visit our Travel & Accommodations page for full details and to book through our wedding block links. However, you are absolutely not obligated to stay at one of these establishments! Other recommendations can also be found on our Travel & Accommodations page.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00pm. If you are driving in, please note that Grand Rapids is in Eastern Time.

Will there be shuttles to and from the venue?

Answer

While we will not have shuttles available, rideshares are plentiful in the area, and Uber/Lyft are both easy and reliable options for getting to and from the venue.
