May 24, 2026 in Greer, AZ. We would like our guests to arrive around 3PM and plan to be seated for the ceremony to begin at 330 sharp. Then the evening will proceed from there with cocktail hour, dinner and a party.
Greer, AZ at The Lost Resorts. 44 Main St, Greer, AZ 85927. Parking information (if you choose to stay elsewhere) will be provided once available.
Lodging options for our wedding are different, the cabins managed by The Lost Resorts will have a private guest block from now until February 1st; the requirements to reserve during this time is a 3 night minimum being check in on Friday (5/22/26) and check out Monday (5/25/26). There are special steps to follow to reserve through them I will share. If you plan on being with us through the weekend we highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity to have the cabin of your choice. If you plan on staying in Greer through the Lost Resorts, but only a night or two, you will have to wait until February 1, 2026 to reserve when the block is lifted and reservations are open to the public. Keep in mind that this weekend will book quickly so don't miss your chance on reserving a cabin. There are also other cabin options available through Airbnb/VRBO and other "Lodges" in town that will not be restricted to the private block. The cabins in the picture on the Travel+Lodging tab that are a darker print are managed by The Lost Resorts and are a part of the block mentioned; the lighter colors cabins are available on Airbnb or VRBO and not a part of the block and may be inquired about any time.
RSVP Deadline: April 1, 2026. The venue requires a strict guest count, so please RSVP by April 1st with a clear Yes or No. If we don't hear from you by the deadline we'll have to assume you will not be attending, a No will be input for you. To keep things simple and as stress free as possible, Kayla will not be following up with anyone individually - so please be sure to respond on time. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation!
This is not a black tie event so no need to go over the top - but, it is intended to be a nice occasion. While there is no formal dress code, we kindly ask that our guests dress in a way that reflects the spirit of our wedding. Think: clean, put-together and elegant but comfortable. Please avoid overly casual attire like PJs or workout clothes, anything that looks like you just rolled out of bed. And another important note: please do not wear white. This is a special day and out of respect for the couple, anyone who shows up in white will be asked to change or may be asked to leave. Thank you for understanding! And we can't wait to celebrate with you
Yes! We are more than happy for your kids to be a part of our big day. With that being said, there are ponds filled with water and a creek that runs through the venue so please be aware of that risk. We don't want anything to happen to your little ones over the weekend. We also ask for the courtesy for everyone enjoying the weekend that your kids are of course having fun but remain supervised. Also, if you prefer to have some adult only time there is a preferred child watching person that is associated with the venue that can watch up to 20 children in their personal cabin for $15/hour per child; I can provide this information if anyone is in need of or interested.
The venue and cabins allow for BYOB if it is "kept in the cabin or on your porch." For those who prefer, there will also be alcohol available at the bar for purchase. Please note: Alcohol will not be provided by the bride and groom, so feel free to BYOB and please follow the venue guidelines or buy your own at the bar. Thanks for respecting the venue policies!
Due to Kayla's unique combination of food allergies and intolerance, many of the meal options will be gluten free, dairy free and soy free. That said, there will also be plenty of traditional (regular) food available to suit all food preferences. All dishes will be clearly labeled with ingredients and relevant allergy information, so guests with dietary restrictions can feel confident and included. During cocktail hour (the time between the ceremony and dinner) a variety of snack type foods will be available to enjoy. Dinner will be family buffet style with BBQ (pork and chicken) a baked potato bar, mac and cheese, beans and corn bread. If you have a dietary restriction please remember to include the response to the associated question when you RSVP. We will do our best to have an option if we can.
