Our love story began in 2015 during our senior year of high school. Though we attended different schools, Kayla at Grand Blanc High and Jamier at Carmen Ainsworth High, we found ourselves in the same CNA/Nursing class at Genesee Career Institute, drawn together by a shared passion for healthcare. From the moment Kayla saw Jamier, she knew there was something special about him. Anyone who knows Jamier knows he’s naturally quiet and reserved, but somehow, Kayla managed to break through his shell. We quickly became inseparable. Texting constantly, walking to class together, and sharing lunch dates in the car before class (with favorites like Wendy’s 4 for $4, Taco Bell, Little Caesar’s stromboli, and Tropical Smoothie). Before long, our friendship blossomed into something more, and we officially became a couple in November of that year. Now, almost ten years later, we’ve built a beautiful life together, full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We are proud parents to our amazingly beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Jasmine, and we share our home with two beloved dogs, Telly and Roxy. Through every high, every low, and everything in between, our love has only grown stronger. And now, we're ready to take the next step in our journey.
