https://www.vandiverinn.com/directions If parking lots are full, street parking is also available along Union and Fountain. Please only park on Vandiver’s side of street.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony begins at 4, arrive at least 20-25 minutes before to find parking and get seated.

We would love for you to bring a guest, however this is a very intimate event. Plus-ones are not welcome.

We would like our special day to be an adult-only occasion, with the exception of our niece, the flower girl. So book a sitter and dust off those dancing shoes!

BYOB?

Answer

BYOB IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME ANYWHERE ON THE VANDIVER PROPERTY. Alcoholic drinks can only be served by the Vandiver and are to be consumed on the Vandiver premises only. Don’t worry! That’s why we paid for an open bar y’all!

Smoking Policy

Answer

All rooms, including the pavilion and all porches, are STRICTLY NON-smoking. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the smoking gazebo located behind the Vandiver Mansion. A $275 fine will be charged to Lessee for anyone suspected of not following Vandiver’s smoking policy, and the guest(s) violating Vandiver’s smoking policy may be evicted from event at Vandiver’s sole discretion. Let’s not let that happen! Please be mindful and respectful! :-)
