Travel Note

When should I arrive in town?

It depends on where you are flying in from! For our West Coast friends: due to a 2 hour time change with typical morning flights arriving in Nashville around 2 pm, the bride and groom suggest flying in on Thursday September 18th for leisure travel, and flying home Sunday September 21st if you are able to celebrate all weekend with us!

Travel Note

What part of town should I stay? Downtown or Mt Juliet?

It depends on what events you are able to attend! Though our wedding is in Mt Juliet, about 30-40 minutes from downtown, it’s just that one day, Friday! We have events downtown Friday night and all day Saturday. Therefore, you can either stay in Mt Juliet if you’re only coming in for the wedding, or stay downtown if you plan to partake in additional celebrations with us!

Travel Note

Where should I stay the night?

There are so many different places to stay in Nashville, depending on your level of expectation, and your financial situation. Taste, preference, and liking of the downtown hustle & bustle come into play when choosing a hotel. There are a plethora of options located in the heart of Broadway, such as Renaissance Hotel, Holston House, Embassy Suites, JW. Marriott, Westin, and Cambria. However, the closer you are to Broadway, the higher the cost. There are less expensive hotels options that are not quite in the heart of downtown, but are an easy uber ride to where the party is at! Some options are Caption by Hyatt, Best Western, Comfort Inn, Marriott, Hilton, Days Inn, La Quinta, or DoubleTree. Downtown Nashville is a short 15 minute ride from the airport, and many hotels offer free shuttle rides back & forth.
