Question

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab and type in your name as it is written on the invitation. All invited guests will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by June 1. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Log Haven in Millcreek Canyon in Salt Lake City, Utah!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:45, as the ceremony will start promptly at 6.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided to and from the Hyatt Place in Cottonwood. Of course you are welcome to drive directly to the venue if you prefer. If you are staying at another hotel or location in the area you can drive or uber to the Hyatt and hop on the bus! More information on timing will be provided soon!

What form of transportation is recommended?

We recommend either taking the bus provided from the Hyatt Place in Cottonwood or driving directly to the venue. Since the venue is in the canyon it may be challenging to get an Uber back after the wedding is over.

If we choose to drive to Log Haven where should we park?

Answer

Please park in the Log Haven parking lot. There will be a valet service upon arrival.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. The ceremony will take place on a grassy field with the reception being on a larger patio surface. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the event!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear garden formal attire. Below the knee dresses, suits, a jacket with slacks, or elevated separates. Fun colors and floral patterns are encouraged, but not mandatory. Note: the wedding is outside, keep this in mind when choosing shoes that will be appropriate for grass. The bridesmaids will be wearing dark green.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow people named on your invitation. All invited members will appear on the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue has limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of those who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this as a fun "night out" for yourselves!
