Matron of Honor
Shelby is my *amazing* older sister, and although our age gap and her move to Texas when I was just 11 meant we didn’t grow up as close as we could have, everything changed in the last eight or so years. Over time, we’ve built an incredible bond that I cherish more than anything. In early 2022, just a few months before graduating college, Shelby and I had a heart-to-heart, and I knew in my heart it was time to make the leap and move to Texas to be near my sissy. Shelby has been my built-in best friend, my confidante, and my safe place, making life a million times brighter simply by being in it.
Maid of Honor
Alex and I go all the way back to 5th grade. She was the new girl at Eader, and naturally, all of my friends instantly liked her, which did not sit well with me. So, in true stubborn fashion, I held a grudge… until 7th grade, when I finally decided to give our friendship a chance. And thank goodness I did, thank you, 13-year-old me! From there, our friendship grew into something so special. After high school, we went to different colleges in California, but distance never changed a thing between us. That bond proved even stronger when I later moved to Texas, no matter the miles or the time apart, Alex has always been that friend I can count on to pick up right where we left off, goofy laughs and all.
Bridesmaid
Sarah, affectionately known as “best friend Sarah”, and I first met in the most unexpected way: by accidentally showing up to our Junior year winter formal in the exact same dress (see photo of Alex and I above for said dress). At the time, I never would have guessed that the girl wearing my dress, the one I couldn’t seem to stop running into, would one day become my best friend for life. Shortly after that funny mishap, the summer before our senior year, a mutual friend brought together a small group of us like-minded girls, and that’s when Sarah and I became inseparable. She has been such a beautiful example of God’s grace, kindness, and joy, and she’s played such an important role in helping me grow in my own spiritual journey. I thank God every day for the gift of her friendship.
Bridesmaid
I first met Reagan during my collegiate consultant role with Delta Gamma back in 2022. From the very first day, I knew there was something special about her. We were paired together during training exercises, and I immediately felt so comfortable - it was like we’d known each other forever. We became close so quickly that even our boss started calling us “twins” (which, of course, led to the infamous twinning photo from our Rhode Island trip!). Reagan will forever be my “sillymate” - the person who can make me laugh until my cheeks hurt, but also the one I know I can always count on. She is the best friend anyone could ever hope for, and I’m beyond grateful she’s in my life.
Bridesmaid
Kindyl is Kayden’s oldest sister and my namesake twin. Growing up, I only ever met one other “Kendel,” so if you’d told me I’d one day gain a sister who practically shares my name, I never would have believed it! When I met Kindyl in 2024, I instantly knew she had the kindest heart and the most joyful, silly spirit. She’s the kind of person you find yourself giggling with in the corner at family gatherings, and I adore her for that. From the very beginning, she’s made me feel so loved and included, and I truly can’t wait to officially call her my little sister so soon!
Bridesmaid
Riley is Kayden’s youngest sister, and I first met her just a month or two into dating Kayden. I’ll admit, I was so nervous that day - I was meeting both his mom and his sister over lunch, and my stomach was in knots. But the second I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth that my nerves melted away. As soon as I started talking with Riley, I could see what a gentle, kind, and sweet soul she is. Over time, I’ve learned she’s also an incredible listener who cares so deeply for the people in her life. I feel truly blessed to know her, and I cannot wait to officially call her my little sister so soon!
Best Man
Chandler is Kayden’s best friend from childhood. The two spent countless summers together, making memories that have lasted a lifetime. From growing up side by side to celebrating this next chapter, Chandler has always been one of Kayden’s closest and most cherished friends.
Groomsman
Alex is one of Kayden’s closest friends, first meeting during their post-grad jobs at VMware. The two quickly bonded over their shared alma mater, the University of Texas, and their love for all things Longhorn sports. Whether it’s cheering from the stands or catching a game together, Alex and Kayden have built a friendship rooted in laughter, loyalty, and plenty of UT pride.
Groomsman
Brody is one of Kayden’s best friends from their first post-grad jobs at VMware. He and Kayden quickly connected over navigating life in Corporate America and making the most of the perks that came with software sales. From office laughs to after-work adventures, Brody has been a steady friend who’s always up for a good time.
Groomsman
Noah is one of Kayden's best friends, he was able to meet through Brody. Loyal, easygoing, and always ready with a good laugh, Noah is the kind of friend who makes every moment more fun. He’s ecstatic to have Noah stand beside him on such an important day and celebrate this next chapter of his life.
Groomsman
Dustin is Kendel’s brother-in-law and quickly became close with Kayden after meeting in late 2023. Since then, they’ve shared plenty of good times, especially bonding over college football rivalries, rounds of golf, and quality time with Dustin’s dog (and their sweet nephew), Bear.
