When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since space is limited at the venue, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1, 2026. Please reach out if you need a bit more time.

Where is the Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at the Crag Rat Hut in Hood River, Oregon on Saturday, October 24th, 2026. The ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM. We encourage guests to arrive 30 minutes beforehand. 960 Crag Rat Rd, Hood River, OR 97031

What is the attire?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire for our celebration. Please keep in mind that Hood River weather can shift quickly and evenings may get chilly, so we recommend bringing a coat or layering options to stay comfortable.

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony may be held outdoors, and late October weather in this part of Oregon can vary and change quickly, including cooler temperatures or rain. We just wanted to share this as you’re planning and considering your RSVP. We will have heaters on-site.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes—there’s plenty of parking available at the venue. We’ll also be offering shuttle transportation to and from accommodations in Hood River for those who prefer not to drive. Please note that transportation is only provided to and from the recommended hotels.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we found our dream venue, capacity is not its strong suit. We kindly ask that, unless otherwise noted, only the guest named on the invitation RSVP. If you’d like to bring a plus-one, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to chat.

Is there Uber or Lyft?

Answer

Hood River is a small town, so Uber and Lyft are unavailable. To make things easy, we’ll have shuttle buses picking up and dropping off guests at both hotels in our room blocks. If you need additional transportation, Hood River Taxi can be reached at (541) 645-0667 and Gorge Taxi at (541) 399-5060.

How do I get to Hood River from Portland?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, we recommend renting a car so you can enjoy the full Oregon experience, especially the beautiful drive through the Columbia River Gorge on the way to Hood River. There is also the Columbia Gorge Express shuttle, which runs several times daily between Portland and Hood River for approximately $10 each way.
