What should I wear?

Answer

The event is considered a “cocktail formal” event, so anything from a suit and tie to tuxes or cocktail gowns are appropriate.

Will there be a separate ceremony?

Kay and Cassidy have elected to have a “standing ceremony” in the same place as the reception. Simply show up at the allotted time on the invitation, grab a drink and let’s have some fun!

Is it cash bar?

Answer

No, it’s open bar and the cost is covered.

Is parking difficult near the venue? Does it cost?

Answer

No, though the venue is downtown adjacent, there is a designated free lot at the venue.

I’m coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

We understand, just PLEASE PLEASE go to the RSVP site and select “no.” We’d really appreciate this, as it would help us plan accordingly.

Fortunately, most options are “give what you can.” Kay and Cassidy love experiences, so contributing to pieces of the honeymoon will be the biggest gift that you could give! Any amount goes a long way!

I tried to register, but couldn't because it couldn't find my name. what do I do?

I'll be in town the night before. Is there anything going on?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a "wedding kickoff" in Bishop Arts the night before instead of a rehearsal dinner. Contact Kay or Cassidy for details.

I tried to get a room at one of the hotels on the travel page, but they were all booked! what should I do?

Answer

Fortunately, this venue is just minutes from Downtown Dallas, so any hotel near downtown will surely serve you well. We also recommend searching for Air-BNB's in Bishop Arts, Kessler or Oak Cliff, as many wonderful option exist!

when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th (Tax Day!) so that we can send our vendor the meal counts. We look forward to celebrating with you!
