I first met Ashlea—better known as Shlea—at David’s family Christmas party back in 2016. She and Kelley had just moved from Ohio, and for some reason I swear she might’ve been wearing blue eyeshadow… but who really knows? She was already a nurse, and I was in nursing school at the time, so we clicked right away. She's a great friend, keeps me laughing, and we are so lucky to be neighbors.
