Kate and David attended Whitman Middle School and Ballard High School together. We reconnected after college in streets of Ballard and have been dating since July 16th, 2018. Kate moved into David's house January of 2021 and rented out her condo. Kate and David got engaged on August 5th, 2025. It was an epic event at the Sunset Tavern in Ballard. Our proposal included a local band called Small Paul and a specialty cocktail called the "Kavid". This is a spicy margarita with a tajin rim, kate's favorite!
