This event brings together both families in a spirit of togetherness and festivity, setting the perfect tone for the days ahead. Significance of the Sangeet Traditionally, the Sangeet was a time for the bride's family to welcome the groom's family and celebrate their union with songs and dance. Over time, it has evolved into a grand celebration where both families showcase their talents, create beautiful memories, and strengthen their bond. Significance of Anand Karaj The Anand Karaj is more than just a wedding; it is a sacred bond that unites the couple in a lifelong commitment to love, respect, and spiritual growth. The ceremony emphasizes equality, mutual respect, and the shared journey of the couple as they embark on a new chapter of their lives together. The Ceremony The ceremony begins with the singing of Asa Di Var, followed by the main wedding rites. The couple sits before the Guru Granth Sahib Ji as hymns are sung, seeking blessings for a harmonious married life.
