Question

Who can I bring?

Answer

Only the guests listed on your invitation or RSVP selection are invited. While we are excited to celebrate with our loved ones, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, including children who are not specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by November 3rd, 2025, so we can provide our caterers with a final headcount and create our seating chart. If you know your plans sooner, we’d love to hear from you as soon as you’re able!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. We recommend men wear suits and women wear long dresses. When selecting your attire, please keep in mind the reverence and dignity of the Catholic Church. As it’s a sacred space, we kindly ask that guests dress modestly and respectfully. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Question

May I take photos during the Nuptial Mass?

Answer

Out of respect for the sacredness of the space, we kindly ask that no photos be taken inside the Sanctuary. Epiphany Catholic Church is a place of worship, and we invite all guests to honor the sanctity of the Mass by keeping personal devices tucked away. Please rest assured that our professional photographer will be capturing all the special moments, so you can be fully present without needing your phone.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. If there is snow, please account for extra travel time as well!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free, on-site parking at both Epiphany and Majestic Oaks.

Question

Will there be accomodations for food allergies?

Answer

Absolutely! Please note any allergies when you RSVP so that we can pass that information along to our caterer.
