RVSP's will be collected after the traditional invitation is sent out. If you know now you can't make it, we will miss you! If this is the case, please don't hesitate to let us know ASAP so we can prepare accordingly for the big day.
The dress code is formal attire. We ask men to wear a suit in any color, seasonally appropriate, and women to wear a long gown or a midi-length cocktail dress.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones or children to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well and are of age. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Our evening ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
We will be providing shuttle transportation open and available to all guests, whether from in or out of town, that will be leaving and returning to Hotel Warner. Please see the travel page for exact hotel details and address. We kindly ask that as part of your RSVP you do check that you are planning to use, if applicable, so we can plan ahead for the right number. Buses will leave promptly at 3:30pm and 4:15pm for the ceremony and return buses will be offered from 9:45pm until 11:00pm.
Yes! Bellevue Hall and JAM Catering are very accommodating to dietary restrictions and allergies, and these will be taken into consideration for our day. Our cocktail hour appetizers will be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). For dinner, please be sure to include dietary restrictions and allergens in your RSVP so that we can make sure you are accommodated. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
