Hotel Information: It’s a 5 minute drive to the venue, and transportation will be provided to and from this hotel. Please book as early as possible, as the hotel typically sells out this weekend. Check-in Information: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in's can be requested but are not guaranteed. Call October 24th morning to request an early check-in. If you arrive before your room is ready / if needed, you can use the shower/changing areas by the pool off the main lobby in the Country Inn before the shuttle departs at 3:30pm.

Buses will transport guests to and from the Jiminy Peak Hotel and venue. The bus will pick up guests at 3:30p.m. from the Country Inn Building (guest check-in area) at the Jiminy Peak Hotel and will return to the hotel and after-party following the reception.
