Hotel Information: The hotel offers traditional rooms ($149-$185 per night) and multi bedroom condos ($299 - $429 per night) for group bookings. It’s a 5 minute drive to the venue, and shuttles will be provided to and from this hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms, and we can increase the block (subject to hotel availability) as the initial room blocks are filled. Please book as early as possible, as the hotel typically sells out this weekend. Check-in Information: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in's can be requested but are not guaranteed. If you arrive before your room is ready / if needed, you can use the shower/changing areas by the pool off the main lobby in the Country Inn before the shuttle departs at 3:30pm.

Shuttle to/from Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort

Shuttle buses will transport guests to and from the Jiminy Peak Hotel and venue. The shuttle will pick up guests at 3:30 p.m. from the Country Inn Building (guest check-in area) at the Jiminy Peak Hotel and will return to the hotel and after-party following the reception.
