Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wedding - Formal: wear full length dresses, cocktail dresses, pantsuit, suits, dressy coats, etc. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (rain permitting) so please dress for the weather! After 'I Do's Celebration - Casual: wear sweaters, jeans, fall jackets, skirts, etc. This will be an indoor / outdoor event so please dress for the weather. Bring on all the fall fashion!

When should I RSVP by?

Early regrets are appreciated! Please complete formal RSVP by August 1, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Bloom Meadows by 3:45pm.

Is there parking, shuttles, or rideshare available?

Answer

Parking: Onsite parking is available at the venue, Bloom Meadows. Shuttles: Shuttle buses will transport guests to and from the Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. The shuttle will pick up guests at 3:30pm from the Country Inn Building (guest check-in area) at Jiminy Peak and return after the reception. Rideshare: Please note that Ubers, Lyfts, and other rideshare services are very limited in this area. After Party: Return shuttles will drop off guests at the after party, a 5min walk from the Jiminy Peak Hotel Country Inn Building. No driving to the after party is allowed due to strict venue policies.
