Day Before = Welcome Event

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Formal Attire

Pre-Wedding Celebration = Welcome Event We invite all of our guests to join for a formal but relaxed late afternoon get together with a reasonable cut-off time at night knowing the main event is the following day. There will be a DJ playing music, open bar and optional cash food truck serving speciality pizzas. The pool, jacuzzi, and lounge areas will be open, so feel encouraged to bring a change of clothes and towel. The tennis courts, pickle ball courts, firepit(s), and gazebo lounges will also be open (bars at gazebos will be closed, you can take drinks from the dedicated open bar with you). Please dispose of all trash/recycling appropriatly. *NOTE FOR SMOKERS: We ask firmly but kindly that you distance yourself from the common areas to smoke in dedicated areas away from where guests congregate and DO NOT FLICK CIGARRETTE BUTTS!!! Extinguish and dispose of safely into the provided waste containers, please. Thank you!

Day Of = Wedding

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal Attire

Family Photos will take place between 1:00PM - 3:00PM Guests are invited to arrive at 3:00PM for a complimentary cocktail hour prior to the ceremony start time. The Wedding Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM SHARP The Ceremony service itself is expected to finish by 5:00 PM (likely sooner) Reception starts at 5:00 PM with dinner and drinks served until 10:00 PM All guests not staying on-site are asked to plan their departures by the end of the reception at 10:00 PM. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL NEED A RIDE TO/FROM THE VENUE. Uber/Lyft service is very limited. Cars may be parked overnight on-site.
