Day Before = Welcome Event

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual Going out Attire = Ladies: be comfortable. Men: Nice Jeans are ok, collar shirts

Pre-Wedding Celebration = Welcome Event We invite all of our guests to join for a presentable but relaxed late afternoon get together with a reasonable cut-off time at night knowing the main event is the following day. There will be a DJ playing music in the background, an open bar, and a taco dinner provided. The pool, jacuzzi, and lounge areas will be open, so feel encouraged to bring a change of clothes and a towel. The tennis courts, pickleball courts, firepit(s), and gazebo lounges will also be open (bars at gazebos will be closed; you can take drinks from the dedicated open bar with you). Please dispose of all trash/recycling appropriately. *NOTE FOR SMOKERS: We ask firmly but kindly that you distance yourself from the common areas to smoke in dedicated areas away from where guests congregate and DO NOT FLICK CIGARRETTE BUTTS!!! Extinguish and dispose of safely into the provided waste containers, please. Thank you!

Formal Attire

Family Photos will take place between 2:30PM - 3:30PM Guests are invited to arrive early to enjoy all of the venue's amenities. Including but not limited to: pickleball courts, pool, jacuzzi spa, sauna, lounge, and gazebo areas, etc. Dinner will be a buffet, though we do ask for your meal preference in advance (Steak, Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian) 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM = Ceremony Service 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM = Cocktail Hour 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM = Dinner (Buffet Style) 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM = Speeches 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM = DJ, Dancing, Reception Party 9:45 PM - 10:15 PM = All Guests not staying on-site must depart PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL NEED A RIDE TO/FROM THE VENUE. Uber/Lyft service is NON-EXISTENT. Cars may be parked overnight on-site; there are assigned spots and additional parking in designated areas. Exit Brunch

We will have an Exit Brunch scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the venue Please note there is a 40 person maximum so make sure to RSVP to confirm your spot for our exit brunch. Katya & Mike will be returning back to their home in San Diego 1827 Sonoma Lane, Lemon Grove, CA 91945 if you would like to join us there you are welcome to spend the rest of the day, we have a pool, darts, bathrooms and a firepit for anyone who needs to carpool please let us know IN ADVANCE
