Savannah airport is a bigger airport than the Hilton Head one and might have better flight options. Although, Savannah airport is about a 45 minute drive to Hilton Head it is the biggest airport that is near us.

This airport lands you directly into Hilton Head Island but it is a very small airport and they are just beginning to expand so not many flights fly in or out of here but it is an option.
