Yes, children are allowed but we encourage you to consider finding a babysitter so that you can PAR-TAY! We will have meals available for children as well.
Yes! Wes's family will be hosting a welcome gathering at our house on Saturday 10/21 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, where we will have drinks and snacks
The shuttle to the venue will be running from 4:30 to 4:55. It is a 3 minute drive from the hotel down a small dirt road. It will pick up at the equestrian circle - signs to the pickup spot will be posted in the hotel lobby to direct you to the pickup site. Please park in the main parking lot at the hotel, go into the lobby, and you will see the signs to the shuttle pickup. See you there!
Please park on the neighborhood street near our house. It is a quiet street with little traffic so and is safe to park on the curb. No off street parking is available.
