The Delta Hotel by Marriott is 12km from Thunder Bay International Airport. There are taxis available for this portion of travel. Once you've reached the hotel, all of the wedding events are located in one area where a vehicle will not be required. If you are looking to explore Thunder Bay, you may wish to rent a vehicle.

We encourage you to stay at this beautiful waterfront hotel, downtown Thunder Bay. This is where we will be having the Reception, and it is walking distance to the Ceremony location. Call the hotel, be sure to mention "Grainger/Zacharias Wedding" to book at a discounted rate. **April 27 UPDATE** Unfortunately we have maxed out the standard room discount rate for Friday June 9th and Saturday June 10th. There are still standard rooms with the rate of $149/night for Thursday June 8th and Sunday June 11th. There are rooms available for June 9th and June 10th, but they are "deluxe queen rooms with partial lake view" and have an increased rate of $229/night compared to the original standard rooms. This is still a discounted rate for the hotel. This rate is available in limited quantity and only until May 19th. A direct line you can call for booking is Chloe at 807-285-9302. The Courthouse Hotel Thunder Bay

This is a convenient alternate hotel for guests to stay at. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Ceremony and Reception location. There is no discounted rate through the Wedding at this location.
