A few things to keep in mind: * The ceremony is planned for the morning of Friday, April 19th at the Tree of Life. We are working on a backup plan for inclement weather.  * We will be serving picnic items with vegan options (cheese, charcuterie, bread, dips, fruit) and handing out blankets for sitting on the ground. If sitting on the ground doesn't work for you, please let us know. We will make sure we have a couple tables with chairs. * This is a sparkle picnic and - while we want you to feel comfortable - we encourage colorful outfits, fun headwear, sparkles, lace - think Alice in Wonderland tea party. Keep in mind sharp heels may sink into the ground. *THE SECOND LINE ROUTE HAS CHANGED! WE START AT WASHINGTON SQUARE AT 6PM!! This is a time to celebrate and dance! There will be music, parasols, maybe even a puppet or two :) Tutus, sequins, rainbows, top hats, feathers are welcome! * The parade route is about a mile and a half and ends at R Bar. Feel free to take a break if you need it and meet us at the end. We plan to hang out on the town after the parade.  * The crawfish boil on Saturday is casual. Our wonderful friends Ilsa and Bruce are hosting and we hope to also make use of the park adjacent to their home. We have a bouncy castle in the wings. * Kids are welcome at every event!
