House Or Rental

4417 Dryades St

4417 Dryades St, New Orleans, LA

We rented a big home close-ish to Audubon Park. AirBnBs in this area will make it easier to hang out. The Marigny is also a great spot and any of the hotels in the French Quarter will be fun too. Reach out if you have questions about where to stay! New Orleans is an incredible city and we hope you get a chance to explore while you're there. Do what you will, but we advise against Bourbon Street at night on the weekend. A few of our favorite places: * World War II Museum - Bryce has been there 1,000 times * Music Box Village in the Bywater is a fun and totally unique interactive venue that hosts different events throughout the year. * The All Ways Lounge - fun venue with burlesque and drag * Crescent Park - This is where Bryce helped me learn to unicycle. Crossing the rainbow bridge into the park is its own kind of joy. The view is wonderful. * City Park - Absolutely huge - art museum, sculpture, forests, playgrounds, paddle boats, a children's museum. * Audubon Park - check out the zoo and the Fly! We will see you at the Tree of Life. * Mudlark Puppet Theatre Restaurants and bars - There are a bunch of new restaurants and bars that have popped up since we left, but some favorites are: Paladar 511 - stunning food, great wine list Bacchanal - Kat worked as a dairy maid and cheese monger, great wine, live music Dian Xin - soup dumplings Elysian Bar - absolutely beautiful The Sneaky Pickle - great vegan food Cherry Coffee Nola Brewing - Bryce worked here, too bad he isn't running the trivia night anymore Parasols Chart Room Black Penny - we started our first New Orleans date here Superior Seafood (specifically the oyster happy hour) Rainbow Grocery - if you're stumbling around uptown at 2am, get the fish on bun

For all the days along the way
