TBD
Yes! We are registered here on Zola.com. While we have registered for traditional gifts, we would also appreciate donations to our honeymoon fund.
You've come to the right place! Under the 'venue & travel' tab on this website, you will find information about the venue, hotels, and transportation options.
Welcome event: Garden Attire - Wear sundresses, floral prints, shirts/pants in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Wedding: Black-Tie Optional - Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but not required, and so are suits and floor length cocktail dresses. Goodbye brunch: Casual Attire - Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Bridesmaids are wearing sage green, groomsmen are wearing black. Please do not wear white/cream. Please ask questions if you are unsure about your attire.
Please arrive no more than one hour before the ceremony start time unless you are staying at the resort as a guest. It is recommended to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and to find your way to the ceremony site.
You can drive and park/valet for free at the venue. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful in the area. Some hotels in the area have free shuttles (check our 'venue & travel' section on our website).
Yes. There is plenty of free parking, as well as free valet parking. Follow N Cabrillo Ct. (it'll remain a paved brick road) all the way to the end until you see signs for reception. Parking is to the left and valet is to the right. Please refer to this pinned location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PRCjqbKMM5YD3ZKZ8
The ceremony will take place in the inner courtyard: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wEuWMZgDNF8gFtHDA After parking, head to the main entrance to the right of the valet. Make the second right (for a ramp) or third right (requires a few steps) towards the entrance that says registration. Walk straight in and you should see the courtyard.
We will have catered hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner will be plated, with menu items that include a beef, salmon, or a vegetarian dish. Desert will include cake. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected!
Yes. Please indicate any allergies in the RSVP when you make your menu selections.
We are planning to serve wines, beer, and spirits at our wedding as well as water, tee, coffee, juices and sodas. You can plan on enjoying drinks on us during our wedding!
All wedding day events are at the same venue. The furthest walk will be from the parking lot into the venue. Everything else is a few steps away.
The wedding will primarily be outdoors, weather permitting. Our "after party", taking place 10pm-12am, will be held indoors in a ballroom setting due to Tucson noise ordinances.
Past 5 year average high: 91° at 3pm Past 5 year average low: 72° at midnight The high was 100° last year and so far, it's looking like we'll hit that again this year. It's a dry heat and feels much nicer in the shade which will be the case for the majority of the evening. Tucson is at an elevation of 2,600 feet, but this typically does not cause an issue for visitors. Drink lots of water to prepare for the drier air.
Please refrain from taking photos or video during the ceremony. We'll allow a "photo minute" towards the end of the ceremony for you to take all of the photos you want. I'll (Katlynne) look down on you, literally, if I see you during the ceremony, and figuratively forever, if you don't follow the rules! Photos and video are fair game the rest of the evening unless you are impeding our photographer's or videographer's ability to capture our special moments (aka, don't stick your phone out in front of their cameras... trust us, their shot will be better than yours, and we'll share photos after the wedding). Feel free to post anything you take on social media, and please share them with us on our shared Google drive.
Please address our future Christmas cards to: Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Muñoz & Katlynne Jones.
