What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to Impress! The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate. Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for your kindness and support—we look forward to celebrating with you!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The wedding ceremony will be outdoors- please plan accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available on-site for all guests.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we cherish all children, our celebration is an adults-only event, with the exception of children within immediate family named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Bus will first pick up guests at the Hampton Inn. Pick up starts at 3:00pm and the bus will depart at 3:10pm. Bus will then pick up guests at the Holiday Inn Express arriving around 3:15pm and leaving at 3:25pm to go to the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. Bus will bring guests back to hotels following reception ending at 9:30pm.
