There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails: Jumbo Sea Scallops wrapped with Bacon, Caramelized Sweet Onion Gruyere Tarts, Mini Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls with Fresh Mango Avocado Salsa, and Medallions of Tenderloin on Tuscan Toast with Fresh Basil Pesto.
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Every guest will get a Caesar salad to start with hearts of romaine, pancetta crisp, fresh grated Reggiano Parmigiano, classic Caesar dressing, an Italian Gorgonzola wedge, and parmesan crostini. All tables will receive baskets of fresh basil thyme bread with sweet butter. Entree meal preferences will be selected during RSVP.
