What's the difference between the resort options?

Answer

The hotel complex consists of 5 hotels. All guests have access to the beach, gym, Shopping center, disco (18+), kids club, and a tram service between areas. All guests can book services at the spa or book a tee time at the 18-hole golf course for a charge. The room inventory, furniture, and decoration depend on the hotel where you stay. Guests of Paraíso Beach access a pool with a swim-up bar and two buffets. A la carte dinners at 7 specialty restaurants are limited depending on the length of your stay. Beach guests do not have access to the facilities of the other hotels, but day passes can be purchased. Guests of Paraíso Lindo may use all of the services and facilities of their own hotel and those of Paraíso Beach. The pool area has a lazy river, sports pool, wave pool, and a mini waterpark for kids, which are shared with the sister hotel Paraíso Maya. Dinner reservations can be made for every night of the stay. Room service is included 24 hours a day. Lindo guests cannot access the services and facilities of Paraíso Maya and JOIA Paraíso. Paraíso Maya offers 4 additional à la carte restaurants and access to all of the facilities and services of Paraíso Beach and Paraíso Lindo. Room service is included 24 hours a day, and the humid area of the Spa (pools, Jacuzzi, sauna etc.) can be used complimentary. Some of the hotel buildings have their own private pools. Access to the JOIA Paraíso Hotel is not permitted. The IBEROSTAR JOIA Paraiso is adults only (18 years and older), and its facilities and services are exclusive to guests staying there. It offers its own specialty restaurants where guests can make unlimited dinner reservations. The hotel provides a personalized butler service where guests will be pampered with a exclusive pillow-menu and room service. The access to all other hotels of the complex is complimentary and without any restrictions. Moreover, they have their own Spa and gym facilities.
