Unfortunately, Uber has not made its way to the Catskills quite yet. So, we've coordinate shuttle busses to take wedding guests to and from all Friday and Saturday night events. The shuttle buses will be picking up from all hotels listed in our Travel section and select Airbnbs in the area; we'll be emailing a detailed schedule of shuttles closer to the date.
Black Tie! We love any excuse to get dressed up, and look forward to seeing everyone sporting their best looks. For ladies, we'd recommend a thicker heeled shoe, as majority of the wedding, including Ceremony + Reception, will take place outside on the grass.
Please note that cell phone service will be limited throughout the local area. We recommend downloading the general Hunter/Tannersville area for "offline use" so you can easily navigate regardless of reception. All hotels & wedding weekend venues will have wifi accessible once onsite.
While there are many AirBnB's in the surrounding area, we recommend our guests stay at one of the hotels we've listed on our Travel page, as there will be limited transportation options outside of the shuttle buses provided. If you are still considering an AirBnB, please reach out to Katie or Ben before booking to coordinate.
