Question
When are the RSVPs due?
Answer
Once you have received your formal invitation, please RSVP by June 7, 2024 by using the "RSVP" tab. There will be no mail-in option for RSVPs.

What time should we be there?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 5:45pm. We kindly ask you to please arrive on time.
Question
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors! The cocktail hour will also be outdoors. The reception will then be indoors. In the event it rains, the ceremony will also be moved indoors.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
There is no specific dress code for the wedding. We kindly ask that you do not wear any shade of white. Men typically wear a suit and tie. Women typically wear a nice dress.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! Please see the "Hotel" tab for more information. There are two hotels available and both have shuttle transportation to and from the venue.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes! There is parking on-site. You may also park at either hotel and use the shuttle for transportation to and from the venue.

What are the shuttle times at each hotel?
Answer
Cambria pick up: 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm Venue to Cambria: 10:30pm, 11:00pm, 11:30pm, 12:00am Hampton Inn pick up: 5:05pm, 5:25pm, 5:45pm Venue to Hampton Inn: 11:45pm, 12:10am, 12:30am

What if I have a dietary restriction?

There will be a vegetarian/vegan option. If there are any food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please email us at katie.rose.76@gmail.com to let us know!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, the wedding will be adult-only with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us!
