Lincoln Park Zoo
Lincoln Park Zoo is free for all guests to enter and has a lot to offer! The zoo offers not only animal exhibits for viewing, but nature gardens to view as well. Animal encounters can be purchased through the zoo's site. We recommend checking with the zoo if masks or COVID vaccination cards are required for entrance to the zoo.
Lincoln Park Conservatory
Built in the late 1800s, Lincoln Park Conservatory is a great place to check out native plant life and conservation efforts in the City of Chicago. Definitely check out the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool! We recommend checking with the conservatory on mask mandates and proof of vaccination requirements prior to purchasing tickets. Per their website, tickets should usually be bought in advance to any visits.
Oz Park
We may not be in Kansas but Oz Park is a great detour on your way to the LP Zoo. Great for those travelling with children. Oz Park is typically open 7 days a week from 6AM - 11PM.
Shedd Aquarium
The Shedd is great for all ages and not far from the Loop! We also like checking out museums in the area which include the Museum of Science & Industry, the Field Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Art Institute, and more! We recommend checking with the Shedd and other places of interest on their mask mandates and vaccination requirements before heading anywhere for tours, etc.
Chicago River Boat Architecture Tours
There are many different river boat tours to choose from in Chicago. We've enjoyed learning more about the different buildings built along the river and being out on the water! We recommend checking in with any tour company prior to booking tickets for any mask mandates and/or vaccination requirements.
Wateriders -- Chicago River Kayak Tours and Rentals
A fun way to see the city, soak in some sun, and get a workout in! There are many options for kayak and canoe rentals for the Chicago river including sunset paddles, ghost tours, and moonlight paddles, to name a few. We recommend checking with any rental company prior to booking on any mask mandates and/or vaccination requirements.
Replay Lincoln Park
Replay is typically open until 2AM most nights and a fun way to end the night. We recommend checking with Replay for any mask mandates and/or COVID mandate restrictions before heading over there.
Kingston Mines
Typically open until 4AM weeknights and 5AM on Saturday nights, Kingston Mines offers late night enjoyment and live Blues music. We recommend checking with Kingston for any mask mandates and vaccination requirements prior to heading over there.
Goddess and the Baker, River North
There are multiple locations for Goddess & the Baker throughout Chicago, but we recommend the River North location. Great for a quick bite or coffee on the go! We recommend checking with G&B for mask mandates and/or vaccination requirements prior to stopping in.
Bae Coffee Company
Owned by friends and situated a mile north of our venue! Friendly staff, good coffee, and seasonal treats available. We recommend checking with Bae on any mask mandates and/or vaccination requirements before popping in to say hi!
Venteux Brasserie, Cafe & Oyster Bar
As part of the Pendry hotel in Chicago, Venteux offers both a café and oyster bar for dining options! We recommend checking with both the Pendry and Venteux prior to booking or walking in for any mask mandates and vaccination requirements set forth.

If you're looking for a quick bite, Eataly is usually a good one stop shop! There are several restaurants and dining options to choose from. We recommend checking with Eataly prior to popping in for any mask mandates and/or vaccination requirements.
