Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM at Salvatore's. A good time to arrive would be between 4:30 - 4:50 PM that day. Doors will open at 4:30 for you to be seated and the bar will be open from 4:30-5:00 prior to ceremony (feel free to bring your drink to the ceremony!)
Yes and no! We encourage you to dress comfortable and appropriate for the weather but would love to see everyone all dressed up for our wedding. For those wishing to wear a dress, feel free to get extra fancy and go full length! Velvets, satins, or whatever you're feeling we are good with. Our ceremony will be held in a private and covered outdoor space. Reception will be indoors. For those wanting to wear a suit, feel free to break out a three-piece suit! We will not be requesting tuxedos for those in attendance. If you are still wondering what to wear, we encourage you to check out the venue on Google or to message us with any questions or outfit recommendations! We are more than happy to help.
Yes, our venue offer valet parking at $25 per car if you wish to park at the venue. That being said, there are a ton of great parking options you can view through Spot Hero; some parking structures offer overnight parking as well. We also recommend getting an Uber or Lyft to/from destinations if you're looking to enjoy our open bar!
We would like for everyone to have a chance to unwind and enjoy a kids-free celebration. Children will not be invited and we kindly ask you check with family or friends to babysit that evening. All guests in attendance will be 21+ in age.
While we will have a trolley available for guests to enjoy at the end of the night, we do ask you find transportation to our venue prior to the ceremony. A 30 person trolley will be shuttling guests from Salvatore's back to both Hotel Julian & the Pendry nearing the end of the night. There is no obligation for hopping on the trolley at the end of night back to the hotels, but we do recommend grabbing an Uber or Lyft if you wish to hit the bars after our reception.
We will be sending out formal invitations in late June or early July. We will need to know whether or not you can make it no later than September 15, but please let us know sooner rather than later.
Yes, please do! Our caterer is great at accommodating for allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you have any questions or special requests as we would like for everyone to have a great time and enjoy their food.
No, we have no official events around our wedding. If you are traveling from out of town, please let us know if you'd like to get together beforehand as we would love to see you!
