Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you do not see "and Guest" printed on your envelope, you may still be able to bring a guest! Please contact Katie or Will to ask. If you RSVP on Zola, there will be a place to insert your guest's name. Please provide the name of your guest before September 1, 2019.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we want our wedding to be your night off! Kindly find sitter accommodations for your little ones before the wedding.

Do you have any rooms blocked at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! Check out our Travel Page for hotel accommodations. Make sure to use code: 1025MCGUIR

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are booking a shuttle to and from the Royal Sonesta. Guests not staying at the Royal Sonesta will be asked to secure transportation on their own.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at our venue (great for tailgating) which will host both the ceremony and reception.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please note it on your RSVP or contact Will and Katie directly. All other guests not flagged as a special request will be served a dual entree of steak and chicken.

Are UBER and LYFT available near the wedding venue?

Answer

While we are providing a shuttle for those who stay at the Royal Sonesta, we cannot guarantee UBER or LYFT services. Please plan accordingly to ensure safe transportation to and from The BayFront Club.
