Flight
You can fly either into Edinburgh or Glasgow and take a train or rent a car to the Estate; or you can fly into another European city and take a train or rent a car to the Estate. We highly recommend setting up flight notifications to be advised of prices from your departing airport of choice. Train
***This option is highly recommended by the couple as it generally will be the cheaper plane ticket and shortest travel time*** If you fly into Edinburgh on the day of check in (May 31st), you will need to take a train from the airport to Edinburgh (Waverly) which is the transit station. Trains from the airport to the transit station occur often (every 5-20 minutes) and the ride is only 10 minutes. There are direct rides from Edingurgh (Waverly) to Inverness Station. After you arrive in Inverness, you will need to take a bus or a taxi to the Estate. If you are flying into Edinburgh before the date of check in to explore before the wedding, you will just need to start your travels to Inverness from the Edinburgh (Waverly) transit station.
Train
If you fly into Glasgow on the day of check in (May 31st), you can take a bus from the airport to Glasgow Queen Street Station or Glasgow Central Station. There are direct rides to Inverness from Glasgow Queen Station. After you arrive in Inverness, you will need to take a bus or a taxi to the Estate. If you are flying into Glasgow before the date of check in to explore before the wedding, you will just need to start your from either Glasgow Queen Street Station or Glasgow Central Station.
Train
If you fly into Glasgow on the day of check in (May 31st), you can take a bus from the airport to Glasgow Queen Street Station or Glasgow Central Station. There are no direct rides to Inverness from Glasgow Central Station. You can expect to change trains at least 1-2 times before arriving in Inverness. After you arrive in Inverness, you will need to take a bus or a taxi to the Estate. If you are flying into Glasgow before the date of check in to explore before the wedding, you will just need to start your from either Glasgow Queen Street Station or Glasgow Central Station.
Flight
You have the option to fly into Inverness rather than going through Glasgow or Edinburgh. There are no directly flights into Inverness from Savannah, Atlanta, Charlotte. Flying directly into Inverness will require a longer flight travel time due to layovers and will generally be a more expensive plane ticket. When you land in Inverness, you will need to take a cab to the Estate.
