The check-in begins at 4:00pm for guests. We will have a food truck available on site for guest's convenience for dinner options. The bar will also be open for those who need a drink after a long day of traveling, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. *The bar is a card-only bar. Non-alcoholic drinks will be free of charge.

Athletic/causal
There will be archery and axe throwing on site for guests to enjoy if they wish. Axe throwing is open to children (12 and up) and adults, and archery suitable for children ( 7 and up) and adult. Specific times are still being worked out, but even if you're just the slightest bit interested in participating, please RSVP.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Casual
There will be a whisky tasting available to all guests 18+. The finer details are still be sorted and this will be updated. However, if you're even slightly interested in participating, please RSVP.
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual cocktail
Join us on the patio for The Night Before BBQ at 6:00pm. We are catering a BBQ-like dinner for all the guests to enjoy, drink, mingle, and get to know each other before the big day. The bar will be open to purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
1:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Formal attire
After the ceremony: cocktail hour with drinks and canapés while the couple and family take photos. Formal dinner will follow the reception and be served in the ballroom. Drinks, cake, and dancing the rest of the night away
