The ceremony is outside, as is the cocktail hour and late night bonfire. Dinner and dancing will be inside the venue barn.
Casual Fancy We want this evening to be more laid-back, especially when it comes to attire. With that said, jeans, shorts, and tank tops are probably a little too laid back. A summer sundress, wedges or dressy sandals, dress pants or khaki pants with a collared shirt are all good choices. You can add a tie or sports jacket if you'd like, but it's not required. It might get chilly in the evening so feel free to add a sweater, as well. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HIGH HEALS. The venue is not high heel friendly.
7,300 feet above sea level. That means for those folks who are coming in from lower elevations, you're probably going to feel the altitude. Make sure to drink lots of water and watch for signs of altitude sickness. Alcohol will exasperate the problem so you might want to take it easy on the cocktails and craft beers. Everyone responds differently so you might not have any troubles. Coming in a few days early to acclimate is helpful.
We have opted for a kid-free wedding so that our family and friends who are rock star parents can have a night off to enjoy themselves.
