Bus Shuttle 1 Pick Up

This is the early shuttle and we need to fill her up so everyone who needs a ride can get to the venue on time. The shuttle seats 35 people and pick up is on the east side of the hotel. There's a parking garage nearby and it is free on Sundays if you need to park overnight. The venue is a huge ranch so there will be spaces to explore, yard games, snacks, and beverages. Come early and enjoy the beautiful landscape before the festivities really kick off. Shuttle lead is Shelley Woll, call/text 715-220-3598
Wedding

Attire: The venue is a ranch in the Rocky Mountain foothills at ~7K feet. Plan for casual wedding attire and a cool evening. We do not recommend high heals! Check out the venue website here! https://stoveprairieranch.com/
Bus Shuttle 2 Pick Up

This is the later shuttle, but fear not! There will be 40 minutes between drop off time and ceremony, There is a parking garage across the street and parking is free on Sundays if you have to leave your car overnight. Shuttle capacity is 35 and picks up on the east side of the hotel. There's a great bar in the hotel if you have to wait for this shuttle. You are also in downtown Fort Collins so a great zone for walking around. If you do not make this shuttle you will have to drive to the venue. You can leave cars at the venue if necessary and take a bus down. Shuttle lead is Kaylyn Kirkpatrick, 970-373-7742
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Our good friends, Josh Long and Mark Verschoor, of Poudre Valley Playboys will be providing the hillbilly surf grooves. Be prepared to holler and shwoller!
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The reception will begin after the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style starting at 7:15pm and will roll into toasts, speeches, "cake" cutting, and everyone's favorite...dancing! It's going to be full of fun and surprises so get ready to party!
