We have decided to forgo a traditional registry! Having lived together for many years, we already have everything we need for our new house! In lieu of physical gifts, we would be so grateful if you are able to donate to our FENCE fund so that we can get a DOG! Any additional contributions above and beyond our fence fund will go towards our HONEYMOON! A card box will be stationed at the venue or you can also contribute online via the Registry section of our wedding website!
The entire event will take place privately outdoors, rain or shine, where there are 75 acres of space to celebrate with you all. We will have multiple tools and measures in place to mitigate Covid-19 concerns. Upon arrival, guests will be screened by an RN we have on duty along with a temperature check. This is in addition to the social distance wristband system, hand sanitizer for each guest and stationed throughout the venue, and plenty of space between tables. Trained staff will be maintaining strict adherence to required food and beverage safety standards as well. Last, our wedding coordinator will make sure guests are properly adhering to and respecting the wristband system when in lines or moving throughout the venue. We assure you WILL be more than comfortable attending! Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to us should you wish to discuss this in further detail. Feel free to RSVP in advance once you have received your save the date. A formal invite will follow roughly 2 months before the wedding which will have a final RSVP date no later than August 25th 2020.
Due to the size of our venue, we have to keep our guest count limited to a certain number. While we would love to say "the more the merrier", if a plus one or guest was not noted on your save the date / invitation, please do not bring any additional guests. We payed close attention to our guest list, so if you received a “solo” invite, we promise you will have plenty of friends attending as well! Thank you for understanding!
You can begin to arrive to the venue at 3:00PM. If you are staying at the hotel listed in the "Travel" section of our wedding website, a party bus will begin transportation at 2:30PM. If you arrive early, there are plenty of areas to stay shaded while you wait. The bar at the venue will not open until after the conclusion of the ceremony - there are numerous restaurant's in Elizabethtown you can grab a small snack and a drink before everything begins. We recommend Lucky Ducks Bar & Grille, Funk Brewing or Babbo's Pizza all within a mile of the venue!
This is an adult only event (with the exception of some immediate family and children in the wedding party) so that you can have a fun night without the little ones! Call your best babysitter and get those party pants on without a care in the world!

Yes, there is an on site parking lot along with a golf cart to shuttle you to the ceremony space should you have any walking issues!
