We met at Food 101 in 2020, while Katie served a table of Shane and his coworkers. Immediately, we hit it off with friendly banter, and Shane quickly became Katie's go to person at the table. At the end of the night, when the check was dropped, Shane left his number. A few weeks later, we had our first date - tacos and margaritas in the pouring rain... and the rest was history!
