Michillinda Lodge

SOLD OUT! Whoa, y'all are ON IT! As of 5/2/2019, there are no longer any available rooms onsite at Michillinda. However, it is worth checking to see if there have been any cancellations. Contact information is below: There are many rooms and cabins onsite at Michillinda (where the ceremony and reception will be held). The whole space is reserved from Friday to Sunday for our event at this time. Check out the accommodations section of the Michillinda website to view the different options. To reserve, call Lea Shampo at 231-893-1895 between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday. If it's after hours, you can email hosts@michillindalodge.com with your name, address, room request, and phone number.

There are several campgrounds in the area. Some of the family members and friends of the bride and groom will be staying at Pioneer Park. If you're interested in joining the camping crew, please contact Katie or Seth.

Hotel

Buzz's Lakeside Inn

Buzz's is reminiscent of Dirty Dancing's Mountain Lake Lodge (watermelon not included). There are several room set up options (water front, condos, etc.). Buzz's is only a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) from Michillinda (the ceremony/reception site). As of 5/2/2019, they have availability for the weekend of 9/14, but they do require a two night stay. Accomodations can be booked through their website or via phone.
