The Beach

The best sugar white sandy beaches and beautiful turquoise waters. When you stay with Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company, you have beach access to 9 different beach walkovers and they are labeled in alphabetical order from East to West. So “A Walkover” is located on the far east end and “I Walkover” is located on the far west end. Please keep in mind that all 9 beach access points are private so you will need the Rosemary Beach access code to open the walkover gates. You’ll be given the beach access code prior and/or upon your arrival. Also, take advantage of the beach chair rentals when you stay with Rosemary Beach, but bring a credit card – they don’t take cash!

Rosemary Beach Community Pools

Rosemary Beach has four unique community pools on property. Guests renting through the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company will have complimentary access to all 4 pools. The pools are private so you’ll need to have the access code and an amenity pass which you will be provided upon your arrival. 1. The Coquina Pool - a negative-edge infinity pool meant for lounging and relaxing. Located on the Gulfside/ south side of 30A 2. The Barbados Pool - designed in French West Indies architectural style. Located on the Gulfside/ south side of 30A 3. The Cabana Pool - a family friendly pool area with a Mediterranean design. Located on the Parkside/ north side of 30A 4. The Sky Pool - the covered lap pool heated for warm or cooler weather. Located on the Parkside/ north side of 30A

Rosemary Beach Fitness Center

Complimentary Fitness Access provided for all guests renting through the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company. Located at 9 East Water Street, just west of the Sky Pool. Yoga classes available as well ($15/class). HOURS: Monday-Friday: 7:00 am-8:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday: 10:00 am -4:00 pm

Rosemary Beach Racquet Club

One of the World's Top 75 Tennis Destinations. Complimentary court time to all guests renting through the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company. Eight green clay courts in top condition with restroom and shower facilities on the premises, along with a viewing deck for observation of matches and tennis programs. The Pro Shop is fully stocked with clothes, racquets, shoes, drinks, and rental equipment.

Rosemary Beach Fitness Path

Take a walk or jog on the 2.3 mile trail that winds throughout the community and utilizes both sand paths and boardwalks.

30A Farmers Market

On Sunday September 9th, checkout the 30A Farmers Market right in the heart of Rosemary. From fresh produce, juices and homemade pastries to the best hummus from Mano’s and local honey from Register’s Family Farm. Every Sunday, year round HOURS: 9am - 1pm

A destination restaurant located in The Pearl Hotel, one of the most recognizable buildings in Rosemary Beach with its black and white striped canopies. Open for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and brunch on the weekends with a create-your-own Bloody Mary bar, delicious mimosas and fresh squeezed juice. Tip - plan on making reservations. Wild Olives Market and Cafe

Full food service Bistro that specializes in gourmet cheeses and fine wines offering both lunch and dinner. They’ve been voted “the best little wine shop on 30A. They host a wine tasting every Friday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, accompanied by live music. The Chef personally selects 3 white wines and 3 red wines for tasting, and a gourmet tapas plate is included. Charlie’s Donut Truck

Drive, peddle or stroll down Highway 30A through Alys Beach, and you will spot Charlie’s Donut Truck parked on the north side. Charlie’s Donut Truck opens early each morning, serving fresh, handmade donuts and pastries delivered fresh daily from Charlie’s bakery in Bonifay, FL. The donuts have become a coveted Alys Beach breakfast tradition. *There's also a Charlie's Donut stand at Peddlers Pavilion in Seacrest Beach (right next to Rosemary Beach). The maple bacon donut is SO GOOD. Get there early, they open at 6:30 am and stay open until they run out!

Fonville Press

Cute little coffee shop and market located in Alys Beach. Ryan and I peddled down 30A and stopped here for breakfast and coffee. So good!

Peddlers Pavilion

Located in Seacrest Beach (right next to Rosemary), Peddlers Pavilion is a collection of fun and funky shopping and businesses, including, Peddlers 30A , which is another bike rental shop.
