Thank you for taking the time to travel for our special day! We have two recommended hotels: one with a room block and one without, so make sure you reserve your room through the proper link. We highly recommend flying into New Bern's airport to help minimize any travel emergencies, but understand all schedules are different. Both hotels are in downtown New Bern and are in close proximity to the water, restaurants, and bars. Ubers are available in the area, but may be harder to come by at odd hours since this isn't a large town. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue and hotel continuously throughout the night on Saturday.

This is the hotel the wedding party will be staying at, and we hope you can too! We have secured a room block at the DoubleTree for our guests. The rate for the Room Block is $209 + 12.5% tax, which is a better rate than booking directly online. Use the "View" button below for a direct link to the room block. There are a limited number of rooms, so please reserve at your earliest convenience! Reach out to Katie or Ross if there are no more rooms available at the time of your booking and we will try our best to add more at that price, as available. This rate is good until May 14th, 2025. This hotel is downtown, on the water at the marina, and is about a 0.2 to 0.3 mile walk to shopping, restaurants, and the other hotel.

Flight

Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN)

New Bern has a regional airport about 5 minutes from downtown and our recommended accommodations. There are no direct flights in from other major airports, so you'll most likely be connecting through Charlotte, NC. We recommend booking your flights at your earliest convenience to get the best rates, and ensure you get the timing of flights you want since there are only a handful of flights per day.

We do not have a room block with this hotel, but would recommend it as a place to stay! Prices were cheaper online as a Marriot Reward's Member rather than securing a room block, so we would recommend booking this way if you choose to stay at this hotel. Prices online started at $269, including taxes and fees. This hotel is downtown, on the water, and is about a 0.3 to 0.4 mile walk to shopping, restaurants, and the other hotel.

Flight

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

If you choose not to fly into New Bern, Raleigh is a more affordable, but less convenient, option. This airport is roughly 2 hours and 15 minutes away, which means you would need to have a rental car in order to get to New Bern.
