What’s the food situation?

Answer

We will be feeding you dinner! Herb Gilled Chicken and Pulled Pork BBQ with green beans, potatoes, and mac n cheese. If you have any allergies please let Katie or Ross know on the RSVP.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

It’s cocktail attire! Think formal but fun—dresses and summer jumpsuits, or suits and sports jackets. Just look sharp and ready to celebrate! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception indoors. LADIES - It's a grassy area. Wear heels at the risk of your own ankles.

Are my kids invited?

Of course they are! They will be included in your total guest count when you RSVP. If Katie or Ross (probably Ross, let’s be honest) entered the wrong number on the key board, by accident, of course, please let us know! They’ll be plenty of dancing (to adult music) and tons of space outside in the grass to run around.

Do I have to watch my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing any dedicated childcare or supervision. We do ask you keep a close eye on any young ones due to the nature of the venue. There will be direct access to a large river with no type of fencing or gate.

How should I get there?

Answer

We will be providing a continuous Trolley for all guests from the hotel downtown to the wedding venue, roughly 10 minutes away. If you would like to drive there is more than enough parking! There will be golf carts at the venue for those that may need help walking between the parking lot, ceremony, and reception.

We ask that you please plan to be at the venue by 3:50pm.

Should I wear a certain color?

As long as it's not white or ivory, you're in the clear!
