Question

When & Where is the wedding?

Answer

May 16th, 2026 in Barrington, Rhode Island. At Rhode Island Country Club.

Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026, using the website. We appreciate your timely response!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

May in Rhode Island is beautiful—mild temperatures, a light ocean breeze, and (hopefully) lots of sunshine! We suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our venue, Rhode Island Country Club, maintains a traditional dress code. Guests are kindly asked to wear country club-appropriate attire. For the men: collared shirts (tucked in unless designed otherwise), no overly worn or ripped denim, and no athletic or casual lounge wear. Jackets may be required in formal dining areas, and men should remove hats indoors. For the ladies: Think Cape Cod meets Nantucket—classic, polished, and coastal. Sundresses, midi dresses, or chic jumpsuits are perfect. Light, breathable fabrics in soft nautical tones or tasteful prints are encouraged. Kindly, avoid wearing white. Question

Ceremony/Reception information

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with an ocean view, and the reception will be inside with an option to go out onto the back patio. So you’ll be able to get fresh sea air without worrying about the weather!

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes!

Question

When and where is the welcome party?

Answer

May 15th, 2026. Time is at 6pm. It will be held at Katie’s parents’ home in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Full address and details are listed under the Schedule tab.

Question

What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Coastal casual with a polished touch. Think summer garden party vibes — sundresses, flowy skirts, dressy shorts/pants, linen shirts, or button-downs. We’ll be outside in the backyard with a pool and a fire for s’mores, so opt for comfy shoes (wedges, flats, or dressy sandals — heels may sink!).

Question

Is there parking on site for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! Since the welcome party is at Katie’s parents’ home, guests can park along the driveway or across the street. We’ll have signs or someone helping direct as needed.

Question

Will there be food and drinks at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! Expect a relaxed evening with good food, drinks, and s’mores by the fire. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies ahead of time so we can accommodate you!

Question

Who is invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

We’d love for all our wedding guests to kick off the weekend with us at the welcome party.

Question

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our plans. We’ll miss you!

Question
