Please RSVP by May 10, 2019.
We love your kids, but we are keeping this an adult-only event.
We have some general recommendations! The ceremony site is on grass and dancing is highly recommended, so comfy flats are definitely recommended over heels. This is an outdoor wedding, so definitely dress for the warmth (and hopefully sunshine!). Please, no jeans (or jorts, looking at you, Mike Ray).
Yes, there is a large field for parking at the ceremony/reception site. Those with mobility concerns are welcome to be dropped right at the pavilion before the vehicle is parked.
No! This is definitely a bit of a back roads drive. There will be signs out to help you find the way. When you turn in to the venue, you will enter on a long gravel driveway. You'll pass some horses and a couple houses. Just keep on following the gravel driveway until you see a Pavilion and ceremony site.
Please don't bring any of your own alcohol. We will be serving beer and wine, and there should be more than enough to go around. Due to ABC laws, we are contractually obligated not to allow outside alcohol.
We have selected the menu with our vegetarian and gluten-free friends and family in mind. These options will be clearly marked at the buffet table. Any additional food-related concerns (allergies or special diets), please contact us, and we would be happy to discuss them with our caterer.
As much as we’d love to be able to let everyone have a plus one, we have very large families and many friends that we wanted to be able to experience our wedding day with us, and there is a limit on how many guests we can have as set by the venue. Therefore, we have designated on the envelope of your invitation the guest(s) invited. Once we have received RSVPs if there is additional space for additional guests, this could change. Please contact Katie for questions/requests (804-306-7474 or kmmarzolf@gmail.com).
