The Lawn
Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a nice walk around the UVA Grounds. The Lawn has been designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark District, and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the original buildings of the University of Virginia and Monticello.
The Corner
The Corner is a seven block collection of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment directly across from The University of Virginia. It's a vibrant area of the city and the center of student off-campus life at UVA.
Downtown Mall
The Downtown Mall has lots of great spots for a meal, a drink, or do some local shopping. You can't go wrong with any of the restaurants, or for a quick bite, you can grab some pizza at Christian's or dumplings at Marco and Luca's.
Dairy Market
A food hall, shopping center, cocktail bar and brewery all in one, Dairy Market has options for the whole family! Continue driving down Preston Avenue for additional stops at Kardinall Hall, Random Row Brewing, and Bodo's Bagels.
