We are sorry that the rehearsal is so early in the day, but there is a wedding at the venue the day before, and this is when we can have access that doesn't infringe on their rental time.

Following the rehearsal we will head over to OHSO Arcadia for a group lunch. Fun Fact: OSHO was where Mark and Katie were first introduced.

For any guests that don't want the party to stop at Midnight, we suggest continuing your after party at the Whining Pig. It is centrally located to the venue and hotels, and hosts a large selection of beverage choices and board games. Is located on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field in the Spectrum Plaza. And because we want all of you to be safe, we have booked a Party Van that will take us there and will be on hand until 2:00am for free trips to any destination within 10 miles.

Cocktail Attire Preferred. There's a large amount of grass, so rethink stilettos!
Parking is in the back of the venue. Guests of the Hampton Inn will have a free shuttle departing at 4:20 and another at 5:00. Hyatt Place guests will have a 5:00 shuttle. The event space is open to guests starting at about 5:00, so feel free to come a bit early, write advice to the couple for their anniversaries and claim a good seat!
Ceremony

Our ceremony will be performed by Rachel Dillon, the person who introduced Mark and Katie and made this whole day and the rest of their lives possible.
Cocktail Hour

While we try to get Mark to smile like a normal person for the camera we'd like to invite you to sip some cocktails and snack on bruschetta before dinner starts. Let's be honest, a good story never started with drinking water, so knock back a few so we know you are entertained while we desert you and go take pictures!

Nights in April can still be cool, so a light sweater may be a good idea if you'll be playing games outside.
Please join us for a buffet dinner catered by Oreganos, games and dancing after the Bride and Groom have said their vows and taken their pictures. Shuttles to your hotel will be departing at 9:30PM. For guests who want to stay out later, we have booked a Party Van that will be on hand until 2:00am for free trips to any destination within 10 miles.
