COVID-19 guidelines

Answer

As of January 2023, there are no COVID restrictions on Long Island. Proof of COVID vaccinations and/or masks will not be required to attend our wedding!

can I bring my kids

Answer

If your invitation states "family" - that includes your children. We have many friends and family members with young children and unfortunately cannot extend the invitation to everyone, even though we would love to. We hope you can all understand that.

when should I arrive

Answer

The invitation states a start time of 4pm. Please make every effort to arrive at 4pm that way no one is showing up after guests have been seated and the ceremony has begun.

will there be alcohol at the reception

will there be transportation available

Answer

A 55-person coach bus will be available at Hotel Indigo at 3:30 pm to transport guests to our wedding. The shuttle will remain available throughout the reception and make two final trips after the reception. The last transport from the venue to the hotel is at approximately 10:30pm. The coach bus ONLY travels between The Vineyards and Hotel Indigo.
