Early Arrival to Rome (Optional)

Kade and I will be arriving to Rome on September 5th at 7am. We will be staying at the Lolly Boutique Hotel in the Trastevere area from the 5th-8th. On September 8th, we have arranged for a private shuttle for everyone from the Rome Airport to our Villa in Tuscany. Everyone should plan to be at the Rome Airport for around 11:30am, with a 12pm departure time. We will arrive to the Villa and check-in around 3pm.

Arrival to Tuscan Villa - Pizza Party

6:00 pm

TRANSPORTATION: Please plan to meet at the Rome Airport at 11:30 AM. We will depart for the villa promptly at 12:00 PM. The drive is approximately 2.5 hours, so please plan accordingly regarding snacks + beverages. We expect to arrive around 3:00 PM for check-in and time to get settled. EVENING: Welcome Pizza Party Join us poolside at 7pm for our Welcome Pizza Party. There will be a buffet of traditional appetizers, followed by a live wood-fired pizza station manned by local Italians and served with your choice of cocktails. Please refer to our 'What to Wear' tab for some inspiration on your attire. We would love to see everyone dressed in linen, white or beige attire. Disclaimer: This will be the first night we will all be together to celebrate. Please come hungry, thirsty and ready to have some fun. Just not *too* much fun before the big day! 😉

Wedding Day

Our ceremony and reception will take place outside at the villa, surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Our wedding day itinerary may change slightly, but as of right now we expect the day and evening to unfold as follows: Breakfast buffet served from 8am-10am Wedding Lunch - A table of traditional tuscan food will be set up for you to come and grab food as you please throughout the afternoon Ceremony at 5pm Cocktail hour at 6pm Reception 7-9pm Party time! Let’s make this a day and night to remember, as we celebrate love, laughter, and the beginning of forever. Attire: Black-Tie. Please refer to our 'What to Wear' tab for more styling inspiration. Note: Please reach out to us by July 1st with any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Poolside Recovery Day

12:00 pm

MORNING / AFTERNOON: Poolside Recovery Brunch Relax and recover with a poolside buffet, music and a little "hair of the dog!" Brunch and open bar from 11am-2pm. EVENING: To Be Determined!!! Stay tuned. Take it easy, soak in the views, and toast to our last day all together.

Day of Departure

Time to say “arrivederci!” After breakfast, we’ll check out and part ways. Everyone will be responsible for their own transportation and travel plans from here — whether you're heading home or off to your next European adventure. Check out is 11am.
