Our wedding day is the Friday of Memorial Day weekend 2025. The holiday is likely to impact accommodation availability and prices. We would love to have you at our special day so please be sure to take the busy holiday weekend into consideration when making your travel plans.

Closest airports
The owner of the venue recommends flying into Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (141 miles, approx. 2hr drive). Unfortunately, there are no direct connections from nearby airports to Black River Falls. Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, WI appears to be a similar distance and drive duration depending on the route you take, but Minneapolis-St. Paul was recommended by the venue.

Shuttle pickup (hotels to venue): Ho-Chunk Casino - 3:25, SureStay Best Western - 3:35, Comfort Inn - 3:40 Shuttle drop off (venue to hotels): 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:15pm **Shuttle is available for guests outside of the scheduled departures** The day of our wedding, Friday, May 23rd, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the Surestay Best Western, Comfort Inn & Suites, Ho-Chunk Casino hotels, and the wedding venue. We encourage you to utilize this safe and sober ride. Please note, cars can be left overnight at the venue but MUST be picked up the morning after by 9:30am to respect the following day's wedding.

Hotel block under McClure/Quinnett Hotel block ends 4/22/25. After this date, the blocked rooms will be released. *The hotel's website says that check-in is at 4:00pm. We have confirmed with the SureStay Best Western that check-in time for our guests will be 2:00pm.

At the top of the screen there will be a "Group Code" button. Enter our wedding group code: 1290 From there you should be able to complete your booking. *The hotel's website says that check-in is at 4:00pm. We have confirmed with the Ho-Chunk hotel that check-in time for our guests will be 2:00pm.
