When should I RSVP?
Answer
The deadline for RSVP submissions is April 15, 2025. We have to submit final headcounts to our helpful vendors and the sooner you confirm (yay!) or decline (aw, man!) the better.

What should I wear?
Answer
When choosing your outfit, we ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Not quite black-tie-and-ball-gowns formal, but fancier than jeans and sneakers. We want you to be comfortable but also look fabulous. For this time of year in Wisconsin, the temperature should be mild during the day, and cool in the evening. May we suggest the following attire: Women: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or fun two-piece ensembles/suits. Flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony in the Pine Tree Grove. A sweater for the evening is advisable. Men: Dress shirt and tie with dress pants/slacks. Suit jacket or a blazer not required but wearing one will make you look shnazzy.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Shuttles will begin transporting guests from the pavilion to the ceremony site starting at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you don't miss your ride.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
While we love your kiddos, we have limited space at the venue. Unless specified otherwise on your RSVP, please enjoy your kid-free evening!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy themselves without worrying about a safe ride home. We will provide shuttle services the day of our wedding to and from the venue and Surestay Plus by Best Western, Comfort Inn & Suites, and the Ho-Chunk Hotel. Please see the Travel tab of our website for more details regarding the shuttle schedule.

What should I know about the venue?
Answer
The ceremony and reception sites are completely outdoors. When choosing your outfit, please be mindful of the weather and pack sweaters and jackets accordingly. The reception will be held in a covered pavilion. There will be space heaters, alcohol, and dancing in the evening to keep you warm.

Where should we stay?
Answer
We have hotel blocks at three local hotels - please refer to the Travel tab of the website for more details. There are also a variety of fun Airbnb cabins in the area. If you end up renting an Airbnb, you can still utilize the shuttle service. The shuttles will be running between the venue and the hotels listed on the Travel tab. Please feel free to hop on the shuttle at the hotel closest to your Airbnb location.

My hotel's posted check-in time is 4:00pm. What should I do?
Answer
We have confirmed with SureStay Best Western that our guests can check in at 2:00pm and guests at the Ho-Chunk Gaming hotel can check in at 3:00pm.
