What is the weather like in Steamboat during October?

Answer

The weather can definitely be unpredictable. Temperatures are typically in the 50s-60s during the day. Snow is always a possibility that time of year, but hopefully won't happen!

Transportation to the ceremony site.

Answer

We are providing bus transportation to and from the ceremony site. Pick up site and exact time is still TBD.

What shoes do I wear for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is outside, in the middle of the mountains - this calls for shoes that are comfortable and stable! It could also be a little muddy based on the unpredictable weather in October. We highly recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes, such as rain boots, hiking boots, etc, that can get a little dirty. Here is a link to a pair of cheap rain boots on Amazon that would work great. What is transportation like in town?

Answer

There is a free shuttle service that makes traveling around town easy. Parking in town is widely accessible. Parking overnight anywhere besides your hotel/Airbnb is tough, however.
